A new approach
Safe. Strong. Respected.
At Aurelia Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy, we believe athletic excellence should never come at the expense of a child's physical or emotional well-being.
Our approach combines technical development, artistry, movement education, and age-appropriate training to help every athlete grow with confidence and respect for their body.
Whether your child is exploring rhythmic gymnastics for the first time or pursuing a competitive pathway, our goal is long-term development rather than short-term results.

Founder & Head Coach
Alla Shalimova
Master of Sport in Rhythmic Gymnastics, USA Gymnastics certified coach and judge, and approved Rhythmic XCEL evaluator. Alla brings more than 14 years of coaching across elite systems in Russia, Asia, and the United States.
A former member of the Russian National Team in both individual and group, she has led competitive teams as head coach and choreographer, trained national-level gymnasts in FIG programs, and created over 600 choreographies for athletes and teams.
Her training is grounded in body intelligence — awareness, control, and connection — with a focus on injury prevention and long-term athlete development. Aurelia grew from one belief: excellence should never cost a young athlete their confidence, safety, or joy.
