Programs

Classes & training

Our pathway runs from a first shared class with a caregiver through the competitive levels. Every program is built on SafeSport-centered coaching, small class sizes, and long-term athlete development, so each athlete progresses at the right pace.

Frequently asked

Does my child need experience?
No. Most of our athletes begin with no prior training. We start with fundamentals and progress through age-appropriate stages.
What should we bring to a first class?
A fitted leotard or athletic top with leggings, hair pulled back, and a water bottle. Athletes train barefoot or in half-shoes.
When do classes begin?
We are enrolling now across Kirkland, Redmond, and Sammamish. Current class times and openings are listed in our registration system, and new families often start with a Discovery Day.
